Wat wij verzamelen — en waarom
- Wachtlijst
- Enkel je e-mail, via Formspree. Om te berichten wanneer een batch is gebotteld. Uitschrijven kan altijd.
- Bestelling
- Naam, adres, e-mail. Voor levering en factuur. Betaalgegevens gaan direct naar Mollie — wij zien ze nooit.
- Batchregistratie
- Flacon- en batchnummer aan jouw bestelling. Wettelijke traceerbaarheid (cosmetica).
Geen tracking
Geen cookies. Geen ads-pixels. Geen analytics die jou volgen. Alleen serum.
Delen
Alleen met Mollie, Formspree en de vervoerder — strikt voor de levering. Nooit verkocht.
Bewaartermijn
Bestelgegevens: 7 jaar (fiscaal). Wachtlijst: tot je je uitschrijft.
Jouw rechten
Inzage, correctie, verwijdering, bezwaar (AVG). Mail hello@vivum.skin. Klachten kunnen ook bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

- Your email only, via Formspree. To notify you when a batch is bottled. Unsubscribe anytime.
- Order
- Name, address, email. For delivery and invoice. Payment data goes straight to Mollie — we never see it.
- Batch registration
- Bottle and batch number linked to your order. Cosmetics traceability (statutory).
No tracking
No cookies. No ad pixels. No analytics that follow you. Only serum.
Sharing
Only with Mollie, Formspree and the carrier — strictly for delivery. Never sold.
Retention
Order data: 7 years (tax law). Waitlist: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, objection (GDPR). Email hello@vivum.skin. Complaints may go to the Dutch DPA.
