Verzending volgt de batch
Binnen 7 dagen na botteling van jouw batch. Je krijgt botteldatum en track & trace per e-mail.

Retour — ongeactiveerd
Binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, mits de activatiedop niet is gedraaid. Mail hello@vivum.skin met je bestelnummer — je ontvangt een retourlabel. Terugbetaling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van de retour, via dezelfde betaalmethode.
Retour — geactiveerd
Zodra de dop is gedraaid, is de verzegeling verbroken. Wettelijk uitgesloten van retour (hygiëne).
Uitzondering Beschadigd of afwijkend geleverd? Mail ons met batch- en flaconnummer. Dat lossen wij op — los van het herroepingsrecht.
Shipping follows the batch
Within 7 days of your batch being bottled. You receive the bottling date and tracking by email.

Returns — unactivated
Within 14 days of receipt, provided the activation cap has not been twisted. Email hello@vivum.skin with your order number — you receive a return label. Refund within 14 days of us receiving the return, via the same payment method.
Returns — activated
Once the cap is twisted, the seal is broken. Returns legally excluded (hygiene).
Exception Damaged or wrong bottle? Email us with batch and bottle number. We resolve it — separate from withdrawal rights.
