1 · Identiteit

2 · Het batchmodel
VIVUM wordt gebrouwen in genummerde, beperkte batches. Een bestelling geeft recht op één of meer flacons uit de aangegeven batch. Bij uitverkoop schuift je bestelling door naar de eerstvolgende batch — de verwachte botteldatum staat vermeld. Levering: binnen 7 dagen na botteling.
3 · Prijzen & betaling
Alle prijzen incl. btw. Betaling via Mollie (iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, kaart, Bancontact). De batch-cyclus wordt per cyclus van 28 nachten afgerekend en is per direct pauzeer- of opzegbaar. Geen opzegtermijn.
4 · Bedenktijd & de activatiezegel
14 dagen bedenktijd vanaf ontvangst. De activatiedop is een verzegeling in de zin van art. 6:230p sub f BW (Richtlijn 2011/83/EU, art. 16(e)). Voor hygiëne en houdbaarheid is retour uitgesloten zodra deze verzegeling is verbroken.
Kern Draai je de dop — activeer je — dan vervalt je herroepingsrecht. Ongeactiveerd retourneren binnen 14 dagen: altijd mogelijk.
5 · Conformiteit & klachten
Wij leveren wat wij beloven. Iets mis? Mail hello@vivum.skin met batch- en flaconnummer — antwoord binnen 5 werkdagen. Nederlands recht van toepassing.

2 · The batch model
VIVUM is brewed in numbered, limited batches. An order entitles you to one or more bottles from the indicated batch. If sold out, your order rolls to the next batch — the expected bottling date is stated. Delivery: within 7 days of bottling.
3 · Prices & payment
All prices include VAT. Payment via Mollie (iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay, card, Bancontact). The batch cycle bills per 28-night cycle and can be paused or cancelled instantly. No notice period.
4 · Withdrawal & the activation seal
14-day cooling-off period from receipt. The activation cap is a seal within Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(e). For hygiene and shelf-life, returns are excluded once this seal is broken.
The point Twist the cap — activate — and your withdrawal right ends. Unactivated returns within 14 days: always accepted.
5 · Conformity & complaints
We deliver what we promise. Something wrong? Email hello@vivum.skin with batch and bottle number — reply within 5 working days. Dutch law applies.
